World Environment Day is yearly event held to raise global awareness of the need to take positive event activities.
The sync with this the children of AGS, Wayne celebrated World Environment day on 5 June 16.
Chief guest for the occasion was Range officer Mohd Afzal Khan who delivered a lecture on the Importance of environment and various waye and means of making it cleaner, greener and healthier to live.
It was followed by the Plantation of Sapling by young students inside the school premises & Drawing competition with ecological theme.
The celebration ended with prize distribution to the winners of drawing competition.
